Job Description

Do you have a passion for Learning & Development Can you partner with multiple sites with ease Do you enjoy being hands on and bringing your own ideas to the tableDue to continued and significant growth, the business is keen to welcome an L&D Manager who can hit the ground running and establish an effective L&D function working across 9 sites in the UK. This is a new role for the business and an opportunity for youto come in and create an L&D function to be proud of.What You Get

  • There is the potential to work on a hybrid basis however you must be willing to demonstrate flexibility to work onsite 5 days a week when required.
About the Job
  • You will be the Learning and Development Partner to key stakeholders in your division working across 9 sites in the UK.
  • Key role in management and leadership development.
  • Continuous improvement of practices and processes.
  • Promote opportunities for training, learning and development.
  • Ongoing review of the apprenticeship levy and development of the graduate training programme.
  • Apply a long-term vision with regards to people development.
  • You will be based at the Head Office in Manchester.
About You
  • Youll have strong experience of delivering L&D objectives for a minimum of 3 years and you will have worked in an SME business that has enjoyed significant growth.
  • A forward thinker that has the confidence to challenge the status quo.
  • Youll be intuitive and able to balance your stakeholders priorities with professionalism and understanding.
  • Your passion for learning and development will be complemented by your analytical skills required for identifying training needs and evaluating outcomes.
  • You will a confident communicator who can establish rapport with others with ease and bring them onboard with your ideas.
  • Youll be highly organised, proactive, and naturally follow a best practice approach to learning and development.
  • Youll be IT savvy and have experience using Learning Management systems.
  • You must be able to travel around the UK when required.
