Job Description

Are you ready to join a Company that really believes that people are the very heart of the business and really value your contribution Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, our client is looking for a person to join theirAccounts Department who will thrive in a busy operational environment based at Irlam, Manchester.Our client is looking for a dymantic, process driven and enthuastic individual to join the team initcially on a temporary basis however, for the right candidate an oppertunity for a permament position will arise.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with current invoicing experience or a recent Accounting and Finance graduate!In this fast-paced role you’ll manage a high volume of invoices daily, processing through Sage.You will also be responsible for;

  • Data Entry of Supplier invoices
  • Processing Purchase Order matching along with relevant documents
  • Supplier invoice query resolution
  • Dealing with internal customer/supplier phone calls and email queries
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Closing P.O’s on our RT Pro system once invoices have been paid
  • Sending of Sales Invoices/remittances.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 08.00am - 4.30pm.Training will be provided however previous expereince within an Accounts setting would be preferable.Benefits include:Weekly pay, free onsite parking, free onsite parking, tailored training programme, supportive and friendly team + much more!Apply now to hear more!
