Job Description

  • Full time, permanent
  • £21,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKOur client is a multidisciplinary construction company that has been trading successfully for over 40 years. They focus on civil engineering but undertake a wide variety of works from civils, utilities, demolition and industrial building to refurbishmentsand internal fit outs.They work primarily for the utility industry and have secured several long-term frameworks with national clients that they have worked with for over 30 years.About the role:As Administrator, you will take a proactive role in clients day-to-day operations, assisting the customer service team.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the management with administrative tasks
  • Data management
  • Assisting the customer service team with answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries
  • Assisting the purchasing team with raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
  • Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Good attention to detail
  • Willing to learn new tasks and systems
  • Excellent IT skills, strong competency in MS Office platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
