Job Description

PMO - Compliance, Risk & Transformation.6 Month ContractHybrid - Belfast OR London Day Rate - up to £520 (DOE)This globally renowned investment bank is on the lookout for a PMO Specialist to operate within their Risk and Control function, to support the Compliance Risk Transformation team in the oversight and coordination of key Compliance Risks.This role will require extensive co-ordination with internal stakeholders to maintain and meet required standards within the impacted lines of the organisation.Responsibilities; PMO

  • Establish clear processes and standards to track and report program updates to stakeholders/ senior management
  • Provide universal Program level reporting, into all appropriate Governance forums,
  • Support /work with wider Project Delivery teams to establish effective and efficient project level reporting processes in support of the PMO function
  • Work with Internal Audit, central Transformation QA functions and other PMO teams, to ensure all expected program/project standards, tollgates and governance requirements are fully understood and implemented as part of the program/PMO
  • Perform Meeting / Workshop / Working Group preparation, materials production, facilitation / management
  • Produce Minutes and take responsibility for Follow-up Actions and Closure and holding owners accountable
  • Maintain RAID (Risk Issue Dependency) logs and manage their resolution and mitigation
Essential Qualifications; PMO
  • 5-10 years of Proven Project Management Office experience
  • Experience with senior stakeholder management
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Strong Decision making abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
Additional
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Prince II or equivalent certification
