Job Description

Videographer Salary £20,000 - £25,000 with 20 days holiday and pensionWe are looking for a creative, well organised professional to join our New Media and IT Team. This is a varied role that will including filming and editing of inhouse digital TV productions as well as other design work in an event management environment.In addition to video production the role may also involve updating website content, general in-house design, photography, and IT support.Strong video shooting and editing skills and experience using design software (ideally Adobe) are key with good general Design and IT experience preferable.The Position:

  • The roll will focus on pre and post production of inhouse AV content for social media, online video and potentially broadcast TV production.
  • Working alongside others in the department to record video and audio before editing content to create high quality engaging finished productions.
  • Planning and storyboarding productions.
  • Organise the planning and delivery of any AV production.
Skills & Experience:
  • Pre and post production film experience including editing using Adobe Premier.
  • Motion Graphics production using After Effects or similar.
  • Ability to meet deadlines to agreed specifications.
  • Ability to use DSLR / video cameras and sound equipment, and knowledge of lighting set-ups.
  • Experience in Adobes full Creative Suite to create digital content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • DSLR photography and processing.
  • Good writing, grammar, and people skills.
  • A driving licence is essential as the position is in a rural location and the role will involve working some weekends and late nights.
  • This is an active role that require a degree of physical fitness.
