If you are passionate about working in a regulated financial environment and delivering exceptional service, we invite you to applyand become an integral part of this dedicated team.Customer Service administratorFull time, permanent£22,000 – £29,00023 days annual leave (rising to 25)Medical & dental cover availableQualifications fundingSports & Social Club – Quizes, parties and nights outPrivate, locked Bike HutCafé onsite with breakfast and lunch dealsThe Company offers a Mental health and Christmas shopping dayRecognition SchemeFree fruit WednesdaysFree tea, coffee, herbal tea (hundreds of different tea), cordial, decaf tea and coffeeDress for Your Day PolicyProgression opportunitiesMon – Fri – 8.30am to 5.30pmMain Responsibilities• Ensure newly boarded loan are set up on internal system correctly.• Liaise with those borrowers where you are the named contact to deal with their queries and resolve their issues.• Standard primary service functions including but not limited to amending account details, processing insurance schedules, and setting up third party authorities.• Work the loans that are approaching expiry.• Ensure that enquiries for changes to borrower’s accounts are dealt with within mandated levels and in accordance with procedures.• Ensure that requests for information are responded to accurately.• Ensure all standards are achieved in line with client expectations of quality, productivity, and performance.• Contribute to identification of improvement opportunities be influential in the finding continuous• Improvement possibilities to enhance our service to our customers and clients.• Assist with projects as defined by the Team Leader by meeting agreed deadlines and achieving specific objectives.• Report any breaches to the Line Manager• Working with in a FCA regulated environment working to the applicable rules and regulation.• On a day-to-day basis you will communicate with customers primarily by receiving incoming and making outgoing calls to understand each borrower’s individual circumstances and discuss optionsWhat we are looking for:• Customer service & strong administration skills (you must be able to demonstrate a track record for high service levels and attention to detail)• Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English, or equivalent• Reasoning and Mathematical skills -in order to calculate affordability and assess circumstances.• Attention to Detail - Recording of information must be accurate, factual, and professional.• Comfortable working to tight deadlines, be adaptable and flexible within the role.• A desire to learn and take on new systems and concepts quickly as well as critically evaluating where appropriate.• Previous administration experience, ideally from an office setting• Professional manner and ability to adapt to a variety of situations.• Driven with ability to follow processes to a high standard.Candidates who are looking for an opportunity to develop new skills, gain more experience in a growing industry and is interested in clear paths for progression.
