You will need to understand Licensing Authority responsibilities, climate change issues, regulatory functions, be financially astute and have a long-termmindset.You will need strong experience in performance and people management, as well as financial management. Experience of managing large operational teams within a public protection setting is also essential.Both councils have passed Climate Change motions which makes this an exciting time to join this great organisation.
