Job Description

Junior IT Support EngineerA Junior IT Support Engineer is required by a leading tech consultancy based in Ipswich. Our client has gone from strength to strength in recent years and established itself as an impressive employer of choice in the area.This role is ideally suited to somebody with at least 12 months experience, a solid technical understanding and a willingness to continue learning and developing their skillset with an ambition to move into cloud technologies.The role:

  • First line support both internally and externally
  • Managing first line tickets
  • User administration
  • Troubleshooting and resolving tickets via ticketing system
  • Setting up new devices i.e. laptops and phones
  • Providing exemplary customer service at all times
  • The person:
  • Ambitious and eager to learn new skills
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • A passion for great service
  • A desire to move into cloud technologies (our client will fund this direction where required)
