You’re the first point of call, you build the machines, set up their environments, manage their equipment and support their work. Without you, nothing exists!You’re first on-hand when a colleague has a technical issue, you manage PC’s, Servers, Cloud, Networking, Identity Management, Cybersecurity, Business Applications and more. There are opportunities for growth, development, learning and progression and a close-knit team that really look after, support each other and have a lot of fun.This role is with a small studio (60 users) who are part of the bigger organisation, so you get best of both worlds with the agility of a smaller team and the support, backing and benefits of a large global business.We are looking for a strong IT Engineer with a background across PC’s, Servers, Cloud, Networking, Identity Management, Cybersecurity, Business Applications and more.You’ll get to work with:• User hardware technology - Dell Laptops, Apple Macintosh, mobile devices• Network infrastructure and information security• Office suite, Microsoft Intune, JAMF MDM for Apple Mac, OKTA, Microsoft Defender, O365 Tenant Management, Exchange Online, MS Teams, Netskope, Virtual Desktop Interface (AWS & Azure), Printer Management, Network Management (TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP), WIFIManagement• ServiceNow and/or Remedy IT Service Management• Scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, etc...• Studio development applications/tools including, but not limited to: Perforce, Visual Studio, Adobe Creative Cloud, Maya, 3DS Max, Houdini, Microsoft XDK, Sony XDK/PRODG, JIRA, Ansible & ParsecDon’t worry, we’re not expecting all of this but we do need you to be familiar with both Windows and Mac as well as strong Cloud experience, security, networking, server management and more.The role will be a good mix of project work and general support as the UK owner, part of a team of thirteen world-wide. You will really get to own the local infrastructure but with great support from a wider team.
