Responsibilities:As the FMCG Brand Manager, you will:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and advertising, to ensure brand consistency and success.
  • Analyse performance metrics and KPIsto measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging market opportunities to keep brands ahead of the curve.
� Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or business, preferable
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for consumer behaviour.
