You will be working with the membership team in preparation for their annual internationalevent that attracts over 190,000 people, with a view to start in the next 2 weeks, for approx 6 monthsYou will be providing vital administrative support to a small team who are a fundamental part in the success of the event. You will need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of individuals,internally and externally. Reliability and a can-do, proactive attitude is a must.Key skills required for the role: Excellent oral and written communication skills Data entry Proficient knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelThis is a full-time (temporary) position working Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. The actual event itself takes place over 4 days and during this period you will be required to work up to 12 hours each day - everyone in the team does the same.You will be home based at present with one to two days a week in the office, then the weeks before The Royal Highland Show you will be required to be based on-site all socially distanced and following government guidelines.Not only you will be able to work at this massive four day international event, your friends and family will also get free tickets too!Interested in hearing more about the role Then please get in touch.
