Start Date: ImmediatePay: KR3We are looking to appoint a full time teaching assistant with the scope to work in other year groups in the longer term. You must have a good pass in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent. A knowledge of additional needs, including dyslexia and ASD would be an advantage but we are also able to offer training in these areas. The successful candidate will be able to inspire and enthuse children, getting the best from them through encouragement, support, endless belief and determination. We are looking for someone who can accept and work under close direction whilst knowing when to show initiative and adaptability.We think it is vital that you fit well into our team. We are dedicated, conscientious and ambitious for our children and for our school. We work hard but we support each other and visitors to the school often comment how friendly and positive the school is.
