Do you enjoy working in new environments where no two days are the same If so, and you enjoy creating a well-presented and safe setting then join the team as a Regional Grounds & Maintenance Assistant.Based at Crossley Place, you will report to the Regional Grounds & Maintenance Manager to provide maintenance support to Elysium services in the North West.As you oversee at least 11 services, you will be responsible for operating maintenance and horticultural equipment which will see you contribute to long-term projects to support the development and maintenance of services grounds.You will be able to turn your hand to all maintenance-related duties, from grass cutting, lawn growth treatments, gardening, using tractors and mowers and ensuring the services perimeter fences are secure.*This will role will require to visit services in the North West on a regular basis.Your Responsibilities:
