Job Description

Our client is looking for a multi-skilled tradesperson to join their team in the Liverpool area.Multi Skilled TradesmanLiverpool and Surrounding Areas

  • Full Time, Permanent
  • £31,000 per annum + paid overtime
  • Uniform provided
  • Must have full driving licence
Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKOur client is a contractor that specialises in the social housing sector, providing void work and planned maintenance to domestic properties in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. They are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to join theirgrowing team.Responsibilities:
  • Carry out various tasks including tiling, plumbing, joinery and painting
  • Bathroom and kitchen renewals
  • Plastering skills an advantage (not essential)
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within given timeframes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Skilled in tiling, plumbing, joinery, plastering (advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
Hours
  • Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm. Overtime is available
