Job Description

Customer Care Administrator - Eve Sleep Brand - Huncoat Customer Services Team - £20,000 p.a. plus benefits - Working in a fast-paced Customer Care Team you will address customer issues submitted to us and manage customer demands. The Role - Customer Care Administrator (Eve Sleep)We are currently looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join our Eve Sleep Digital Customer Care Team.Start Date: 3rd Janaury 2023Salary: £20,000 p.a.The purpose of the role is to deliver a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate handling of customer complaints. Whilst working in a fast paced digital customer care team you will be required to address customer issues submitted vianumerous contact channels and be able to manage customer demands.Daily responsibilities include:

  • Acknowledge and respond quickly to customer issues through email.
  • Process refunds and faulty products whilst adhering to the Consumer Contract Regulations.
  • Manage and action administrative duties in line with business standards on processes.
  • Complete management reporting.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to customers.
  • Be confident in making the right decision to resolve customer complaints.
Skills neededWe are looking for a Customer Care Administrator with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:
  • Experience in a complaint handling and customer service role is essential.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use order system and Microsoft Office systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
