Delivery Advisor - Huncoat Call Centre - You will deliver service excellence to all our customers by taking ownership in answering customers simple queries in relation to their delivery.About Bensons for Beds Were Bensons for Beds! The Role - Customer Care Delivery Advisor We are currently looking for Customer Care Delivery Advisors to join our Customer Care team.The purpose of the role is to deliver service excellence to all our customers by taking ownership in answering customers simple queries in relation to their delivery.Salary: £18,525 increasing to £19,000 upon successful completion of probationStart Date: 23rd May 2022Daily responsibilities include:

Deliver service excellence within the customer contact journey
Resolve delivery queries to a high standard and maintain the reputation of Bensons for Beds
Show genuine care and empathy to ensure customers are consistently delighted in every contact they make with us (verbal or written)
Respond to customers calls and correspondence within agreed SLAs
Accurately log conversation notes
Achieve KPIs and targets as set by the Leadership Team and CS Managers

Skills needed We are looking for Customer Care Delivery Advisors with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:

Experience in a customer facing environment. This does not need to be in a call centre, we welcome applicants from a range of customer facing backgrounds such as hospitality, care sector or retail.
Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
Effective communication skills with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
Professional approach with the determination to hit KPIs, targets and deadlines
