Job Description

Warehouse Logistics ManagerLocation: HullSalary: up to £38kHours: Mon-FriGrafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading Manufacturer in the heart of Hull who are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Manager to join their busy Logistics team.The role:

  • Coordinate the import and export of products within the UK, Europe and Internationally.
  • Efficiently co-ordinate and manage warehousing labour requirements
  • Focus on management of stock inventory, overseeing regular perpetual stock checks
  • Liaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders ensuring Brexit customs are adhered to
  • Liaising with Client Services & Production, take ownership of all stock returns
  • File and maintain all the shipping documentation
  • Working closely with Finance team, candidate will be responsible for management of stock levels
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Book deliveries, releases, manages haulage rate quotations and invoicing
  • Dealing with all aspects of cargo and ensuring customers are advised in a timely manner
You will need:
  • Must have at least 2 years experience working in an import / export role
  • GCSE or equivalent
  • Experience in stock management
  • Managerial experience
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to negotiate terms
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
