Site ManagerMy client is looking for an experienced Site Manager in the area Hull. This site will be of Timber Frame construction, so prior site management in this field would be advantageous. Reporting to the Construction Director, your key responsibilities will be day-to-daysupervision and management of construction, managing the programme to budget, Health & Safety, and achieving high standards of customer care, including quality control. The Site Manager role involves managing all site operations, working with contractors,sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure high quality work. In addition, you will be carrying out inspections and organising all labour and construction materials, liaising closely with customers, sales office and team colleagues to ensure the product is deliveredon time.Qualifications/ExperienceThe role requires a confident leader with a proven track record in site management, ideally in a house building environment. You will possess the knowledge and experience to ensure compliance to build and safety standards. You must have an up to date CSCScard (black management card is preferable), along with current SMSTS. Other qualifications such as BTEC or NVQ4 in Site Management, current First Aid Certificate and Scaffold appreciation would be an advantage. Full UK Driving Licence required.SkillsExceptional organisation skills, managerial and motivational skills will enable you to drive and inspire your team to the highest standards. A methodical and analytical thought process with strong all-round communication skills enabling you to report clearlyon production process and quality.
