You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bringyour energy and willingness to learn to the table.You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (secondary/primary/SEN) and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.We are open to people with different experience, whether youve worked in Recruitment in a different sector, recently graduated, come from a customer service, Teaching or other Education background we dont mind.What is key is that you can demonstrate a passion for Education, and the desire to learn with energy and enthusiasm.
