We are focused on an ethical approach and provide excellent service which we believe is due to our fantastic employees offering the best possible outcomes to all our customers.We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant who will provide a proactive recruitment service across the group and support the recruitment team and internal customers. Initially this role will be working from home however travel across all sites may be required depending on recruitment demands.What the job entails:Management of a team of internal recruitersResponsible for the end to end recruitment cycle reviewing current processes and continually identify areas for improvement and best practice.Managing specialist roles and volume recruitment.Source and attract candidates utilising various methods to ensure low cost hires selling the benefits of the company to attract best calibre and enhance and promote the Employer Brand.Facilitate assessment centres and interview candidates in line with demands (virtually at present)Build a robust candidate pipeline to ensure predicted demands are met.Deliver candidate feedback and make offers in line with company policy.Work with Stakeholders on specialist roles to determine needs and meet requirements.Develop knowledge of all areas of the business in every regionWork with the wider team to ensure communication precedenceHead hunt when required for specialist areas.Work on ad-hoc projects as requiredCollate MI to assist HOR with informative dataAssist with recruitment administrative duties as required to ensure all demands are met.Support the Head of Recruitment as and when requiredWhat we need you to provide:Proven track record of delivery within a recruitment roleLine Management experienceExperience of delivering both high volume and specialist/ senior rolesStrong attention to detailExcellent planning and organisational skillsEvidence of working to tight deadlines and delivering resultsFully competent with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and ExcelIntegrity, flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential.Previous experience of working with an applicant tracking system is desirable.What is great about working for usCompetitive salary and benefitsBusiness Rewards fantastic discounts through our state-of-the-art online portalPensionPrivate Medical InsuranceLife Insurance31 Days annual leave (including bank holidays)Employee Assistance ProgrammePlus, many more fantastic benefitsCoronavirus (COVID-19) - Recruitment: Lets help one anotherThe health, welfare and safety of our colleagues and the people we recruit is vital to us therefore we are closely monitoring government guidance to ensure we are complying with guidelines and Wescot’s duty of care.
