Job Description

IT Technician- Hull onsite (30-40K)My client are looking are looking for a 3rd line engineer to join their team. You will be a key part of the central IT team provide vital support with new IT systems, along with continuing to support their existing systems. This role involves working inall aspects of IT; from providing end user support through desktop, server, application and network maintenance to implementation of upgrades and deployment of new systems and infrastructure in their office.Experience -

  • End User & Application Support
  • A good level of knowledge on Microsoft products & services; Microsoft 365; Exchange, SharePoint, Teams; SQL server & databases
  • Advanced knowledge & understanding of networking, Windows and Windows Server Operating Systems along with administration and troubleshooting of these systems.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends and the ability to work well with people.
  • Maintaining and implementing network infrastructure.
Skills -
  • Extensive experience in supporting Windows Server and Client Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Server Visualisation technologies
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Exchange, M365, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc)
  • Experience of working with network technologies (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPNs)
  • Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL.
