Job Title: Fabricator / WelderPay Rate: £11 - £13.50 per hour DOE + Overtime AvailableHours: 40 hours / Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm Location: HullContract: Temporary, potentially leading to permanentStart Date: ASAPOVERVIEW:Our market leading client based in Hull are looking for production Welder & Fabricator to assist in the full production process of steel railings, gates, general welding and fabrication. Alongside gates, they also machine and manufacture bespoke components, for various businesses, domestic and commercial.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Ensuring that assigned work is understood and drawings read prior to commencing work* Layout, position, align and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly* Ensuring all parts are present, cut to size and are of good quality* Reporting all non-conforming materials to team leader* Welding the assembly using MIG methods* Fabrication of parts, from 5mm+* Quality control inspection* Re-work as and when necessary* Adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines at all times* Complete housekeeping duties on a daily basis* Any other duties the company deem appropriateSKILLS:* Skilled Fabricator Welder* Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team* Must be able to read drawings and weld process instructionsThe first stage of the application process is to apply online.
