Job Description

ECOMMERCE ADMINISTRATORHULLTHE OPPORTUNITY:Were recruiting for one of the most well-known businesses in Hull who is looking to recruit an experienced Ecommerce Administrator to join their rapidly expanding businesses.As an Ecommerce Administrator, youll be form part of the marketing team and play a crucial role in their online sales operation. This role requires a diligent, analytically minded and results driven individual who will be responsible for driving online sales.This is an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Administrator to join this iconic business and become part of their ongoing success story.THE PACKAGE:Up to £25,000 Basic (Negotiable) + Great BenefitsTHE ROLE:

  • Working as an Ecommerce Administrator as part of the wider Marketing team
  • To lead (with support from the Marketing Leader) the booking and subscription strategy, fulfilment and delivery
  • Setting up new products on the site along with pricing
  • Take responsibility for the businesses Direct Debit scheme
  • Advise senior management on sales and subscription strategy to further improve sales, the ease of processing and customer experience.
  • Daily, weekly and other ad-hoc reporting completed timely and accurately for the finance department.
  • Ensure department compliance with GDPR policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with other organisations regarding pricing, special requirements and reporting
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales or analysis insight.
  • Compiling spreadsheet of data and figures for the finance department and senior management.
  • Support Customer Experience team member in resolving queries and sales in person, by telephone and online.
  • Drive data capture, and the improvement of existing data opportunities, by working closely with the Customer Experience Advisors
  • THE PERSON:
  • 12 months experience in an Ecommerce Administrator / Ecommerce Coordinator role
  • Good understanding of Ecommerce technologies
  • Highly organised individual who is able to multi-task
  • Results driven individual who is keen to make process improvements to increase online sales and profitability
  • Proactive individual who is also a strategical thinker
  • Computer literate with MS Office
