Job Description

This role is ideal for a Senior Sales Administrator to thrive in a Customer Service Department within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The position is based in Hull and is a permanent opportunity to develop and showcase your skills.Client DetailsThis company is a respected leader in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, employing over a thousand dedicated staff.   • Manage and process customer orders with accuracy
  • Communicate and manager customer queries regarding products through the supply chain process
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including large blue chip brands
  • Manage the transport coordination through 3PL while updating your customer
  • Keeping an eye on stock and forecasting requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM system
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and regulations
ProfileA successful Senior Sales Administrator should have:
  • An academic background in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
  • Sales Order processing (end-to-end) experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • A customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities
