Job Description

Commercial PlumberSalary and Package on offer: - £30k-£40k depending on experience + Company Van and Fuel + Pension + Annual Leave + Benefits.Location: - ideally youll be located within a commutable distance of Hull, North East Yorkshire with areas such as Scunthorpe, Brigg, Grimsby also considered.Company Background:Superb opportunity for an experienced Plumber or Heating Engineer to join a growing Engineering business who specialise across Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC sectors and with over 20 years experience in the industry.Job Role:

  • As a mobile and field based Commercial Plumbing and Heating Engineer, youll be responsible for pipefitting and various plumbing works, including new installations, repairs and maintenance.
  • Working throughout commercial properties - schools, offices, warehouses, commercial buildings.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
  • Conducting fault finding tests on equipment.
Skills Required:
  • Similar background and experience within plumbing maintenance and mechanical services.
  • Youll need to hold relevant NVQ or City & Guilds or equivalent certifcates.
  • Ideally youll have experience within the commercial plumbing and heating sector.
  • Good boiler and plant room knowledge.
  • Ideally multi-skilled building services or facilities maintenance experience along with relevant installation, PPM, maintenance and repair background.
  • ACS gas certificates (domestic or commercial) beneficial however not essential.
