Make a positive change – work for The Alcohol & Drug ServiceWe are looking for a Case Manager based in Hull.Full time – PermanentSalary £24657 - £30088 DOEThe Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) are a registered charity who have been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 35 years.Hull Primary Care Addictions Service (Hull PCAS) work in partnership with Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. The service covers GP surgeries across Hull, providing support to long term service users to make improvements in their healthand well-being by offering early interventions.It is a very exciting time to be working in the drug and alcohol field, with significant new career opportunities being created.The successful candidate will support complex service users in long term treatment by assessing risk, need, developing a recovery care plan and delivering psychosocial interventions.If you have a relevant experience in the substance misuse field, a relevant degree e.g., psychology, sociology, social work or Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent and L3 in Tackling Substance Misuse we would like to hear from you.If you are qualified by experience, we provide a comprehensive package of accredited qualifications and for newly qualified Social Workers we support the ASYE programme.NOTE:We are unable to support sponsorship VisasSalary & Benefits:In return, ADS are offering:
