Due to the success of our business, we are now seeking a Housekeeping Manager on a temporary basis.Spa Treatment ManagerYou will be able to successfully manage the front of house teams completing the following main responsibilities:Treatment Suite Manager:

  • Operate the day to day running of the Treatment Suite.
  • Organising Rotas Interview and train new team members when required.
  • Delegate tasks to Senior members of the team.
  • To manage an effective rota covering all treatment rooms and to ensure therapist. hours meet high demand or lack of footfall.
  • Forecasting the diary to ensure enough white space is available to upsell and maximise treatment budget.
  • Drive revenue with the team through retail sales.
  • Manage the team rota, holidays, sicknesses and team performance through one to ones.
  • Manage retail and professional orders.
  • Stock takes.
  • Deal with complaints.
  • Keep up with current industry trends with our treatment menu.
  • Perform treatments to a high standard.
  • Duty Manager shifts including early and late shifts.
You will be able to provide a 5* service across both departments. You will hold excellent customer service standards, supportive and professional managerial skills and be able to organise and coordinate a team of up to 35 and have an NVQ Level 2 or abovein Beauty Therapy. Be able to ensure that the business standards are always maintained to the highest level and your professionalism, honesty, personal presentation and guests satisfaction is always maintained.At TITANIC Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard across the complete client journey. This position requires you to be able to offer and teach a high level of customer service, knowledge of products and treatments to the team.We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking Spa Treatment Manager to join our team to continue our award winning service to guests.Titanic Spa Employee Benefits
