Job Description

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a friendly and well established client based in Huddersfield.The company are market leaders in design, sourcing, marketing and distribution.They have the ability to offer a design to delivery service, working with key national retailers and several brands offering the full design and development service.The Sales Support Administrator role is accountable for providing and supporting the Sales Reps with specific product information requests and managing stock reports for their key customers.Salary: £24k. 22 Days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. This increases by 1day for every full year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days. Free parking.You will join the company on a temp-perm basis (4 weeks with a view to go on to become permanent) Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and correct information to specific customers on behalf of the Sales Team
  • Utilise reporting tools to provide the Sales Department with clear product information
  • Act as a conduit between the Sales Rep, the internal customer services team and customer on both a reporting level and general day to day correspondence
  • Plan workloads according to customer and / or Internal Critical Paths
  • Assist Sales Reps with accurate stock reports in a timely manner
