Payments Systems & Purchase Ledger ManagerFinancial Services£38,560 - £43,374 per annumPermanent37 hours per weekref: R7484We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and strategic person to join our Financial Services Team in a newly created role that will develop and implement systems to streamline our procurement & payment operations.You will play a pivotal part in setting the future direction and focus for ensuring all payment and requisitioning systems reflect procurement best practice and are as efficient as possible in making payment. This will involve building long term relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders and keeping aware of developments in the market relating to procure to pay systems. You will also manage the University’s Purchase Ledger Function.With a relevant certificate or training qualification in payments, P2P operations, Financial Systems or Project Management, you will have experience of implementing and working with procurement to payment related systems and you will also be experienced inchange management.We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).The University is deeply committed to equality and diversity for all its students and staff.
