Inclusion Support Worker - Huddersfield Do you have experience working with children/young people with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) difficulties Prospero Teaching are looking for committed individuals for a specialist SEMH School based in Huddersfield. The role is to start ASAP. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location: Huddersfield, Kirklees, West Yorkshire Position: Behaviour Support Worker Start Date: ASAP End Date: - N/A Duration / Likely Duration: Ongoing Full time/Part-time Full Time Contract Type: Long term Hours 08:30 3:30 The Minimum Rate of Pay GBP GBP £85 per day. EXPERIENCE Relevant experience in a school or similar setting. Experience of working with children and young people with special educational needs and/or social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Experience of effectively and positively managing a class and leading learning with groups of pupils, using appropriate strategies to enable them to settle to learn. TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Specific training in interventions/SEN/SEMH. Experience of working with children and/or young people Commitment to all CPD offered. Team Teach training would be beneficial to this role, however this can be provided for free.
