Due to the success of our business, we are now seeking a Housekeeping Manager on a temporary basis.You will be able to provide a 5* service across our 30 Spa Apartments. You will hold excellent cleaning standards, supportive and professional managerial skills and be able to organise and coordinate a team of up to 20. Be able to ensure that the business standards are always maintained to the highest level and your professionalism, honesty, personal presentation and guests satisfaction is always maintained.At TITANIC Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard across the complete client journey, including overnight stays in our luxury furnished apartments.We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking temporary Housekeeping Manager to join our team to oversee our Housekeeping department. Main responsibilities include:- Regular audits of each apartment- Ensure a 5* standard is being maintained for each check in- Manage and place regular orders for stock of perishable items and laundry- Manage a team of approximately 20 employees including basic HR knowledge- Organise rota’s based on the business needs- Delegate tasks as appropriate to Team Leaders and the Team- Ensure the guests check in time is adhered to each dayTitanic Spa Employee Benefits
