Due to the success of our business, we are now seeking a Housekeeping Manager on a temporary basis.Front of House Manager - Temporary BasisYou will be able to successfully manage the front of house teams completing the following main responsibilities:Reception- Organising Rotas- Handling Cash and Managing Card payments- Interview and train new team members when required- Delegate tasks to Senior members of the team- Manage team annual leave requests- Conduct appraisal meetings in accordance with Titanic Spa policy- Manage stationary orders for business- Deal with complaints- Duty Manager shifts including early and late shiftsBistro- Oversee general management above the Head Chef- Ensure budgets and payroll costs are on track- Delegate tasks to Senior members of the team- Ensure all Food and Hygiene quality checks are up to date- Manage team annual leave requestsYou will be able to provide a 5* service across both departments. You will hold excellent customer service standards, supportive and professional managerial skills and be able to organise and coordinate a team of up to 30. Be able to ensure that the business standards are always maintained to the highest level and your professionalism, honesty, personal presentation and guests satisfaction is always maintained.At TITANIC Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard across the complete client journey. This position requires you to be able to offer and teach a high level of customer service and satisfaction across 2 departments of the front of house team.We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking temporary Front of House manager to join our team to continue our award winning service to guests.Titanic Spa Employee Benefits
