We are assisting an exciting electronics and software-focused manufacturing business in their search for an Engineering Director to manage the design and development activity of a large team of design engineers! As Engineering Director it is necessary tohave at least 10 years of experience in design engineering coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a senior/principal design engineer role taking the lead on the design of complex designs utilised within the electronics industry. You will need to bea well-educated, highly technical, and an analytical engineer with a design engineering background to assist your team when solving technical problems. With this role you will be given the opportunity to manage a large and diverse multi-disciplined engineeringteam so good people management skills are needed.
