They are a small, friendly, home-based team with global ambition.If you are a highly motivated and disciplined individual, with a genuine interest in customer service and a passion to deliver products that can increase the wellbeing of your clients, we have the perfect job for you!Role ResponsibilitiesOnce we have helped you get your product knowledge up to the required standard and you have become familiar with our CRM and stock management system you will then be ready to manage all incoming calls from our customers.You will also be required to:·Deal with all customer queries and sales calls·Take customer orders·Maintain the CRM system and workflow·Manage the stock managment systems of our standard saunas·Liaise with the warehouse and logistics·Chase deliveries and deal with couriers·Place orders with the sauna manufacturer·Update the websiteEssential Skills & Experience·Extremely organised, driven, and self-motivated·Trustworthy and reliable·Outstanding customer service skills·Confident and personable telephone manner·Confidence to ask open questions and recommend products·Stock control management systems·A high level of English literacy is essential·A high level of attention to detail and a good proof-reader·Ability to work to strict deadlines·Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel·Experience with an ERP / CRM system - Aqualine use the Odoo’ ERP / CRM system.·An understanding of social media marketing would be beneficial.If you feel that your skills and experience match the role criteria then please send your cv.THIS POSITION HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY AGAIN AS YOUR DETAILS HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONSIDERED.
