We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our lovely client based in Huddersfield. This company offers a modern, friendly working environment and lots of opportunity to progress.This role is a mixture of customer service and warm sales - its not a cold calling role. When the phone lines are busy, youll assist the customer service team with queries around deliveries, product questions and order queries. When its a little quieter,youll call customers who have ordered samples and ask if they would like to place an order or help customers in their onsite showroom.We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and can recommend products through providing excellent service. This is not a hard, pushy sell, they want customers to have the very best experience.Main duties to include:* Answering inbound customer service and sales queries* Responding to email and webchat queries* Calling customers who have requested a sample and ask them if they would like to place an order* Attending to customers in the showroom and demonstrating products* Processing customer orders, ensuring excellent attention to detail* Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and ensure customers have the most suitable productWe are looking for:* Experience in a customer facing role - can be face to face or over the telephone* Experience of upselling, cross selling or talking customers through suitable products or add on services* Excellent communications skills* Someone understands the value of delivering an exceptional serviceBenefits:* Salary £25k-£28.5k* Monthly bonus up to £200 per month - not sales related, this is based on service levels* Free parking and close to public transport links* Hours between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work (40 hours)* Full training provided - 6 weeks* Discount on company products* 22 days holiday rising to 25 with service (plus bank holidays)* Opportunities to progress to Senior, Team Leader or into other departmentsApply today, immediate interviews
