Job Description

Introduction & Job Purpose An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge trg Group. Challenge trg Group is a privately owned specialist logistics UK company that has a portfolio of complementarybusinesses.It will be your responsibility to manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff. Above all, youll need to make sure the clients needs are always met.Key Responsibilities

  • Resource, register and retain suitable candidates
  • Day to day management of all existing candidates
  • Understand the ongoing needs of the client
  • Consistently deliver on client requirements
  • Develop effective relationships with all staff
  • Support the On-Site Manager with managing candidates while on-site
  • Ensure candidates are fully compliant and site protocols are met
  • Deal with candidate queries
  • Maintain candidate availability lists
  • Enter accurate candidate data into shift allocation database
  • Coordinate assessment days
  • Provide weekly stats to support business reviews
  • Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPIs.
  • Undertake any other duties as required by the On-Site Manager

  • Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner at all times
  • Be upbeat, proactive and positive, with a can-do attitude
  • Be always professional and presentable
  • Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
  • Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods
Key Qualifications / Experience
  • Min 1 + years experience in recruitment preferred, but not essential
  • Previous experience preferred on managing on-site recruitment desk
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
  • Knowledge of drivers hours and regulations
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humour
  • Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
  • Full UK driving license
  • True desire to be developed and offer growth within the company.
