Job Description

HR Administrator required for my client based in Livingston. This role is exclusive to Pertemps HR and is offering a competitive salary and benefit package. You will support the HR team in a range of administration tasks, so diligence is of the upmostimportance.Your day will be varied and will include:-

First point of contact to employees with HR related queries
Support the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding
Produce offer letters and contracts, including right to work checks
Updating of HR systems and conduct monthly audit checks
Work closely with payroll
Record all absences (including holidays)
Assist with the administration of employee benefits
Data analysing of monthly reports
Support with arrangement of social events, including long service awards
Support with catering requirements for visitors and training
Organise employee travel
Other duties as required by the HR team
