We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and work in schools located in Hounslow.What Experience do I NeedNone! Yes, thats correct, none at all. Our schools are willing to fully train the successful candidates and Empowering Learning are committed to upskilling every candidate through seasonal online CPD training and Team Teach certification.All you need is:

  • A willingness to learn and build good working relationships.
  • A proactive attitude to engage in the classroom with pupils.
  • Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
Essential:- Availability for a minimum of 3 days a week, between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.- Must have a Child and Adult DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one as part of the registration process.- If you have lived outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you must have an Overseas Police check for that country.Beneficial Experience:- Experience in SEN support work.- Previous experience in class-based support.- Experience as a care assistant.- Experience working with children with specific conditions such as ASD, MLD, PMLD, SEMH, and physical disabilities.- Experience with personal care for students.- Graduates are welcome to apply, especially psychology, criminology and health & social care graduates.Key Responsibilities:As a Teaching Assistant working with Empowering Learning, you will have the opportunity to:- Provide invaluable support to students with special needs.- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Support students in achieving their full potential.If you are enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to helping children with special needs succeed, we encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as possible.*Please note* We do not offer sponsorship
