It offers a great opportunity to hold an autonomous IT role, whilst being developed by a knowledgeableand very experienced IT Manager.The role; You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of user’s computer, systems and networks. This role will ensure the smooth running of the business IT infrastructureGeneral duties include;Office IT support for; Infrastructure, hardware, printers, desktop, etcFace to face user support, network support/ configuration, server support, system / network securitySet up new starters/ ensure employees computers are up to dateLiaising with stakeholders via phone, email and face to faceSupporting various projectsWe are looking for someone with these abilities/ qualities / experiences:Valid full UK driving licenceProven experience of desktop support, pc/server hardware, software and networking (able to work in an autonomous IT role)Knowledge of cloud services/computing, Office 365, Network and Computer security, Windows 11 OS, 365/Azure, Active Directory, VMwareA first-class communicator via phone, email and face to faceAble to quickly assimilate new information and understand business driversOur client offers a progressive and varied role in an ever-growing environment.
