During shifts, you will have access to a company vehicle and will be responsible for its maintenance and checks.This two-in-one role will see you join an inclusive, supportive team that works welltogether to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Permanent, Full Time position.Where you will be working Location:13 Alexandra Gardens, Hounslow TW3 4HTYou will be working at Alexandra Gardens, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.All what we expectfrom you is:We are actively encouraging malesdrivers to apply for this Support Worker vacancy in Hounslow.
