With our wide range of products and knowledgeable team, we help customers keep their vehicles running smoothly.Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers over the phone in identifying the right parts for their vehicles.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on product selection and compatibility.
Process orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
Stay up-to-date on automotive trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive parts sales or customer service preferred.
Experience working within a fast passed call centre environment
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Passion for automobiles and eagerness to learn about new products and technologies.
