Summary Work as an integral part of the Holidays Outdoors team, managing the campsite at Waterclose Meadows, nestled within Houghton Mill. Youll lead the campsite team, keeping the site clean, safe, and compliant. Welcoming and engaging with guests, you’ll shareyour love of the outdoors and the local environment with them.Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shift pattern is 5 over 7 daytime hours with weekend work required.Please contact Martin on for more information about the role and Waterclose Meadows Campsite.Internally youll be known as aHolidays Operation Manager. What its like to work here Reporting to the Operations Manager, youll manage a team of four volunteers. What youll be doing This is a role where every day is different. Your day can include everything from managing the site budget, staff rotas and compliance tasks to the more practical grounds maintenance, cleaning and looking after the site infrastructure. Youll work with natureand support guests throughout the seasons. Your work will connect people with nature, beauty and history and support the National Trust’s work to tackle climate change, protect historic sites and help people and nature thrive.Please also read the full role profile, attached to this advert.
