Job Description

Our client based near St. Ives is seeking an Internal Sales/Outbound Customer Service Support Executive to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. This is a great opportunity to join an established local businesswho offer training and career progression.ResponsibilitiesAs an Internal Sales/ Outbound Customer Service Executive you will be responsible day to day for a varied workload including:-

Dealing with customer queries relating to products and services
Make regular calls to existing clients and maintain relationships and follow up leads/call plans for new business
Obtain orders and maximise sales opportunities
Take customer payment details
Respond to customer emails and deal with web chat.
Update internal systems, keeping accurate client records.
Assist with trade shows as required (this will be infrequent)

Skills requiredTo be considered for the role of Internal Sales / Customer Service Support Executive, you will have:-

Strong telephone customer service/sales skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb attention to detail
Confident, with the ability to converse at all levels.
Own transport is required due to location
