Job Description

A lovely Part time opportunity to join a wider HR team working for a company who have wellbeing at its core. The role sitswithin a supportive HR team working for a manager who believes strongly in creating a culture where team members feel valued and can thrive. The company offers an excellent benefits package as well as various other incentives. Main responsibilities withinthe role will include overseeing all HR related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, leavers and variation to contracts. Maintain the HR system, ensuring data integrity as well as producing reports. The role will overseeing employmentchecks for new starters including DBS checks, right to work as well as references. Administer due diligence and employee liability with TUPE transfers as well as look after the long service and Reward schemes. The position will also liaise with the Payrollteam for transactional data including sickness and absence.The role will ideally cover 15 hours per week.Key Skills:
