RNA Senior Staff Nurse£28119 - £33,864 pro rataKentOur client is looking for a Staff Nurse (RNA) to work as an effective member of the Multi-disciplinary team of a 32 bed facility providing specialist short-term and long-term person-centered rehabilitation, therapy and support for adults with either a brain injury or other complex neurological conditions.You will be responsible for maintaining a safe care environment and will also be able to exercise professional accountability whilst protecting and supporting the health of individual patients / residents and assessing their care and health education needs. You will also be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care including discharge planning for each patient.This is a great opportunity to gain further experience in Clinical Practice, Management as well as Facilitation and teaching.You must also be willing to take charge of the ward/department/unit in the absence of senior nursing staff. It is also essential that you are willing to meet the needs of the service over a 24 hour period.You must have an up to date NMC pin and at least 2 years experience in Mental Health or Brain Injuries.
