My client based in Horstead are looking for packing and production operatives to join their team on a temp ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and be willing to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process whilst adhering to all hygiene rules, standards and procedures, speed, accuracy and pride in your work is a must. Experience in food manufacturing/Butchery would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided. Duties will include all aspects of production and packaging meat products and cleaning equipment. Packing meat (sausages) Cutting portion sizes Loading and unloading. Ensuring portion sizes are weighed correctly Hours / Days 6am to 5pm Monday to Friday Pay £10 - £12ph (OT Rate) Includes paid 20 minute break mid-morning (Weekly Pay - PAYE every Friday) Working Benefits On-site parking Work Buddie programme Fully training This role is offered with an immediate start for the right candidates.
