Job Description

Our client is a professional business services organisation based in North Leeds, due to a recent restructure within the finance team they are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administration officer. You will be part of a small team, with a bigpersonality, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing the pension files
  • Query management by phone or email;
  • Setting up new schemes directly with the Providers;
  • Completing the declarations of compliance on set up and re-declarations of compliance every 3 years;
  • Renewing schemes
  • Support the existing clients to move over to a self service of data processing;
  • Providing administration support to internal stakeholders
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain case updates and valuations via telephone and email
  • Producing ad-hoc payroll reports using Excel
  • Ad-hoc finance tasks to support the wider team
  • Filing and archiving.
Knowledge of pension auto-enrolment would be advantageous, however not essential. An eye for detail and ability to crunch through data are the key skills required.The company are based in a great location with excellent transport links, with street parkingHours of work - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm,If you would like to discuss this role in more detail please contact Emma at Strand Recruitment as soon as possible.
