Specialising in RMC Blocks and Freeholder Estates they provide leaseholders and resident directors with a dedicated, thorough and transparentproperty management service.Following portfolio growth, they now seek an ASSISTANT / JUNIOR / TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER to work as part of their office based team in Horsforth (LS18) learning/assisting with all elements of block management.The suitable ASSISTANT / JUNIOR / TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER will have at least 1 years property industry exposure (lettings, block or perhaps commercial agency) with the desire to progress in their career long term.The ASSISTANT / JUNIOR / TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER may even be acting as an assistant property manager in block management now but with limited scope for progression or training.The ASSISTANT / JUNIOR / TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGERs responsibilities will grow with their knowledge of block management until such a time that they are able to autonomously manage their own portfolio at which point they may be offered some home working.The ASSISTANT / JUNIOR / TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGERsattitude, willingness to learn and ambition will count as much (if not more than) their outright property experience.Salary will range from £18-24k depending on experience.
