Job Description

£20,000- £24,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.We are currently looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join our Financial Services Team on a fixed term basis for 6 months.Based at our Leeds office, this hybrid full time position is 35 hours a week.In this role you will provide successful delivery of operational and administrative support in the financial services industry.Why is Tenet a great company to work forAt the Tenet we think its really important our people enjoy coming to work. We provide a wide range of services that enable us to provide quality financial advice and services to meet the requirementsof our clients.What youll be getting up to in more detail:

  • Providing a dedicated and professional sales support service to IFAs and Clients;
  • Preparing and arranging annual Client reviews;
  • Processing new business cases and managing them through to completion;
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain case updates and valuations via telephone and email;
  • Supporting the on-boarding of new advisers including diarised weekly calls.
  • Managing referrals from clients and providers;
  • Coordinating and distributing group emails, weekly updates and statements to advisers;
  • Overseeing the processing of outgoing mail and distributing incoming mail to relevant business area.
  • General office duties such as filing, copying and scanning as required.
You will be able to demonstrate the following skill sets:
  • Minimum A-C in GCSE Maths and English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service;
  • Excellent time management, administration and organising skills with the ability to work within specified timescales and quality levels.
Wed love to see:
  • Progression towards the CII qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Intelligent Office back office experience.
  • Knowledge of adviser tools such as Twenty7Tec, IRESS, Platform management tools, Defacto to name a few.
