Job Description

We are currently looking to appoint anExecutive Assistanttoprovide effective organisational, planning and administrative support to our Directors, working alongside our existingEA team.This role is maternity cover andfixedterm for 6 monthswith opportunityto work flexibly with some home- working as well as office based work in our Horsforth Head Office.Why is Tenet a great company to work forAt Tenet we think its really important our people enjoy comingto work. We provide a wide range of services that enable us to provide quality financial advice and services to meet the requirements of our clients.What youll be getting up to:

  • Daily management of complex Directors diaries
  • Preparation, research and collation of information as required
  • Report compilation and generation
  • Management and sifting of incoming calls, directing as appropriate
  • Minute taking, update of action logs and distribution of meeting packs/papers in a timely manner
  • Provision of a professional and polished point of contact for internal and external contacts of all levels
  • Management of correspondence on behalf of Directors as appropriate and agreed
  • Management and arrangement of cost-effective and appropriate travel and accommodation
  • Expenses management for Directors and review of their report expenses
  • Consolidating and formatting of Board Reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Leave approval of teams on behalf of the Directors
  • Ensuring all mandatory training is completed for all staff within supported Directors remit

  • Highly proactive team member with ability to manage multiple diaries
  • Excellent Microsoft Office IT skills: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent report writing skills from meeting notes/shorthand
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
